Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern access to wedgesedw.com and all purchases of Womens Shoes from See Nga Limited. By accessing wedgesedw.com, creating an order, or purchasing any product, the customer agrees to these Terms of Service. The customer must be at least 18 years old or have lawful permission from a parent or legal guardian. The customer must provide accurate, current, and complete information during account creation and checkout. Products and Orders

All Womens Shoes on wedgesedw.com are subject to availability. Product descriptions, images, colors, and measurements are provided for general identification. Orders are confirmed only after payment authorization and internal verification. Prices are displayed on wedgesedw.com and are subject to change without notice. If an order is canceled after payment, the customer receives a refund according to the refund section.

Payment Terms

The online store accepts payment methods displayed at checkout. The customer authorizes See Nga Limited and its payment processors to charge the selected payment method for the total order amount. The customer must maintain valid payment information. Failed payments, chargebacks, reversed transactions, and payment disputes can result in order cancellation and account suspension. The customer is responsible for bank fees, currency conversion charges, and payment processor fees associated with the purchase. PayPal transactions are subject to PayPal policies and the refund timing stated in these Terms of Service.

Shipping and Delivery

See Nga Limited ships Womens Shoes to destinations displayed during checkout. Shipping timelines and costs are shown at checkout and vary by destination, shipping method, and carrier conditions. The customer must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. See Nga Limited is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, incorrect addresses, or events outside its reasonable control. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon carrier delivery confirmation. The customer must inspect all packages upon receipt and report damaged or defective items under the damaged goods section.

Returns and Refunds

See Nga Limited provides a strict 14 days no-reason refund policy. The customer can request a refund within 14 days of receiving the Womens Shoes. The customer does not need to provide a reason for the refund request. To qualify, the Womens Shoes must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged. The Womens Shoes must be returned in the original packaging with all original tags attached. The customer must include proof of purchase and the order number. The customer must contact See Nga Limited at [email protected] to start the refund process. See Nga Limited provides return instructions after the request is approved. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item. See Nga Limited does not accept returns after the 14 days period. Refund processing and arrival to the customer’s account takes at least 14 days. PayPal refunds take at least 14 days, and due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. The customer must return the Womens Shoes before the refund is processed. See Nga Limited can reject a refund if the returned Womens Shoes do not meet the conditions in this section.

Damaged or Defective Goods

Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. The customer must contact See Nga Limited at [email protected] within this period. The customer must provide the order number, photographs of the damaged or defective Womens Shoes, and a description of the issue. See Nga Limited reviews each claim and determines the appropriate remedy. The remedy is replacement, repair, or refund at the discretion of See Nga Limited. Claims submitted after exactly 7 days of receipt are not accepted. The customer must keep the damaged or defective Womens Shoes and all packaging until the claim is resolved. See Nga Limited does not accept damaged goods claims for normal wear, improper use, or accidental damage after receipt.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Service are governed by Hong Kong law. Any dispute arising from these Terms of Service or from the purchase of Womens Shoes from See Nga Limited is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong. The customer agrees to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting See Nga Limited at [email protected] before starting legal action. If any provision of these Terms of Service is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

Intellectual Property

All text, images, logos, graphics, product photographs, and software on wedgesedw.com are owned by See Nga Limited or its licensors. The customer must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, or exploit any content without written permission from See Nga Limited. The customer must not use automated systems to scrape, index, or download content from wedgesedw.com. Any unauthorized use terminates the customer’s permission to access wedgesedw.com.

Prohibited Conduct

The customer must not use wedgesedw.com for unlawful purposes. The customer must not submit false information, impersonate another person, interfere with site security, transmit malicious code, place fraudulent orders, or abuse the refund policy. The customer must not harass See Nga Limited employees or agents. See Nga Limited can suspend or terminate access for prohibited conduct. See Nga Limited can report unlawful conduct to appropriate authorities.

Limitation of Liability

See Nga Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of wedgesedw.com or purchase of Womens Shoes. See Nga Limited is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. The total liability of See Nga Limited for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law. See Nga Limited does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under Hong Kong law.
