Welcome to wedgesedw.com. These Terms of Service govern all access to and purchases from wedgesedw.com. Jadehare Wear Hk Limited operates wedgesedw.com and sells shoes to customers under these Terms.

The customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity under the account. Orders and Acceptance
All orders are offers to purchase. Jadehare Wear Hk Limited accepts an order only when the order is confirmed and processed. Jadehare Wear Hk Limited may refuse or cancel an order for product unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or violation of these Terms. If an order is cancelled after payment, Jadehare Wear Hk Limited will issue a refund according to the Returns and Refunds section. The customer must provide accurate shipping information. Jadehare Wear Hk Limited is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect customer information.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed on wedgesedw.com at the time of purchase. The customer must pay all charges, taxes, and duties associated with the order. Payment must be authorized before order processing. Jadehare Wear Hk Limited may use third-party payment processors. The customer agrees to comply with the terms of the selected payment method. If payment is declined, the order may be cancelled. Shipping and Delivery
Jadehare Wear Hk Limited ships shoes to addresses provided by the customer. Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on carrier performance and destination. Risk of loss passes to the customer when the carrier confirms delivery. The customer must inspect all items upon receipt. The customer must report damaged or defective items under the Damaged or Defective Goods section. Jadehare Wear Hk Limited does not guarantee delivery to every location.
Returns and Refunds
Jadehare Wear Hk Limited provides a strict 14 days no-reason refund policy. The customer may request a refund within 14 days of receipt for any reason. The 14 days period begins on the date the customer receives the item. Requests made after 14 days are not accepted. To qualify, the item must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with all tags attached. The customer must contact Jadehare Wear Hk Limited at [email protected] to start the return. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. Jadehare Wear Hk Limited may reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
Refund processing and arrival to the customer’s account takes at least 14 days from approval. PayPal refunds take at least 14 days. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. The customer must provide accurate payment details. Jadehare Wear Hk Limited is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment processors, or incorrect customer information. Refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. If the original method is unavailable, Jadehare Wear Hk Limited may arrange an alternative refund method.
Damaged or Defective Goods

The customer must provide the order number, clear photographs of the damage or defect, and a description of the issue. Claims submitted after exactly 7 days of receipt cannot be accepted. Jadehare Wear Hk Limited will review the claim and may request the item be returned. If the claim is approved, Jadehare Wear Hk Limited will provide a remedy of replacement, repair, or refund. User Conduct
The customer must not use wedgesedw.com for unlawful purposes. The customer must not interfere with wedgesedw.com security or operation. The customer must not submit fraudulent orders. The customer must not scrape, copy, or misuse wedgesedw.com content. The customer must not impersonate another person. Jadehare Wear Hk Limited may investigate violations and cooperate with authorities.
Intellectual Property
All content on wedgesedw.com is owned by Jadehare Wear Hk Limited or its licensors. Content consists of text, images, graphics, logos, and software. The customer may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written permission. The customer receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use wedgesedw.com for personal shopping purposes.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jadehare Wear Hk Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Jadehare Wear Hk Limited is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. The total liability of Jadehare Wear Hk Limited for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Hong Kong law.
Indemnification
The customer agrees to indemnify Jadehare Wear Hk Limited against claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from the customer’s breach of these Terms, misuse of wedgesedw.com, or violation of law. Jadehare Wear Hk Limited may assume defense of any matter subject to indemnification. The customer must cooperate with Jadehare Wear Hk Limited in defending such claims.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Hong Kong law. The governing law is Hong Kong law. The courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms. If resolution fails, the dispute must be brought in Hong Kong courts. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
